Welcome to My Schilling – our new customer portal. I am responsible for Schilling's customer service and it is my job to ensure that you are happy with Schilling every day. I keep track of our customer service to see if we live up to our goals and supply the level of service that you expect. Our new customer portal is part of these efforts. Here you can access our online service systems, and you can see information about your specific company and solutions under "My pages". In the customer portal you can sign up for courses, keep track of your service agreement requisitions, see the latest news, download your service reports, see release notes, and much besides. The portal will of course be developed continuously.
